    Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the chosen plan (monthly, half-yearly, yearly). Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

  6. 1. Subscription Model By subscribing to Lawyer E News, users gain access to premium content and tools, including but not limited to:

    Judgments with Headnotes from the Supreme Court and High Courts.

    Legal Digest with downloadable judgments.

    Access to calculators, such as Court Fees Calculator and Land Calculator.

    Downloadable Legal Drafting formats.

    Without subscribing, users will only have access to basic features, such as reading news and using the bare acts feature.

    2. Auto-Renewal Our subscription services are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access to the premium features of Lawyer E News. Users are billed automatically at the end of each subscription period, unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    Cancellation: Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their account settings in the app or via their Apple ID account settings at any time.

    Refunds: Refunds for unused subscription periods are not available once the subscription period has started.

    3. Changes to Subscription Terms We reserve the right to modify the pricing and features of our subscription service. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or app notifications. If users do not agree to the changes, they may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.
