Evidence Appreciation – Panch and Police Witnesses – Evidence of PW 1 (panch witness) and PW 2, PW 6, PW 9 (police witnesses) uniformly demonstrated that only one option under Section 50 was conveyed – Court held that even police witnesses failed to establish compliance in letter and spirit – Burden on prosecution not discharged [Paras 15–21, 33–34].
