Filing False Complaint against Husband before employer is Cruelty - Divorce- SC

Divorce -Section 13 A Hindu Marriage Act – Art 142 Indian Constitution -  Wife filed number of complaints against the respondent-husband before his employer alleged extra-marital affairs - enquiry was initiated by the Army Authorities - husband was exonerated – Husband filed Divorce petition – Cruelty and desertion – Not residing together since 2011 – irretrievable breakdown of marriage – Divorce decree upheld – directed to pay Maintenance.
